    • Selection of Contest Prize Winner ("Winner"): Winners will be determined according to the two phases set forth below.
      • Judging Phase (Phase One): Approximately 1 week after the end of Promotion Period, a panel of qualified administrator judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select five (5) COVID-19 Volunteer Submissions and five (5) General Volunteer Submissions as the ten (10) best Submissions from among all eligible Submissions that were submitted, based on an application of the following criteria with the following weights to the final score: The level of impact of the volunteer's service on their community (70% weight), how much the nominee's service was considered above and beyond the call of duty, inspiring, courageous, or innovative (20% weight), and the length and degree of service (10% weight) ("Finalists"). In the event of any tie for the final spot in either the COVID-19 Volunteer or General Volunteer Finalists, tied entries will be re-judged based on the same criteria listed above and a Finalist will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants agree to the Official Rules and to the decisions of the Judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than twenty (20) Finalists, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions.
      • Judging Phase (Phase Two): Approximately 2 weeks after the Phase One Judging Phase, a panel of qualified AARP judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will score the Finalists to select the winning COVID-19 Volunteer Submission and the winning General Volunteer Submission out of the Finalists. The remaining eight (8) Finalists will be Runners-up. In the event of any tie for the winning submission in either the COVID-19 Volunteer or General Volunteer Finalists, tied entries will be re-judged based on the same criteria listed above and winner will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winners will be contacted directly by the Administrator or Sponsor after scores have been verified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scoring period at any time for any reason.
      • Approximately 1 week after the Phase Two Judging Phase at approximately 5:00PM ET, the two (2) Potential Winners will be selected based on the score results from Phase Two. Subject to the Finalists' compliance with these Official Rules, the COVID-19 Volunteer Finalist submission who received the highest average judge score in Phase Two will be the potential COVID-19 Volunteer Winner, and the General Volunteer Finalist submission who received the highest average judge score in Phase Two will be the potential General Volunteer Winner. Award of a prize to any winner will be subject to verification of that winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
    • Notification: Potential Winners will be notified via email using the email provided on the entry form. Winners must respond to Administrator within five (5) business days of notification to claim prize. The return of any prize notification message or document as undeliverable may result in disqualification of the potential winner, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and Sponsor selecting an alternate winner with the next highest score at Sponsor's discretion.
